Two keys to open it
The key that opens your vault combines something you know (your PIN) with a secret protected inside Zelvoq's cryptographic chip. That secret never leaves the chip. Copying the device's memory isn't enough to decrypt the vault.

Export an encrypted copy in KDBX format, compatible with KeePass and KeePassXC. If you lose or replace your Zelvoq, your vault isn't trapped in a proprietary format.

Details you notice when you use it
Caps Lock
If you left it on, Zelvoq won't type your password in the wrong case: it stops and tells you.
Remote desktops
It leaves a short pause between keys so virtual machines and remote desktops don't drop characters.
Complete backups
A backup only counts once your computer has read all of it. If the copy gets cut off, it won't tell you you're up to date.
Why a separate device?
Zelvoq generates, stores and decrypts your credentials inside its own hardware. Your PIN is entered on its screen, and the vault doesn't need to be loaded in the browser or synced with a server to work.
